I have the Fitbit Charge 5 since 08/2022 and I am very satisfied with my purchase. It is an excellent activity tracker that accurately measures heart rate, steps, calories, sleep, and many more. The battery life is impressive, lasting up to 7 days on a single charge. The screen is bright and easily visible even when the sun is directly shining on it, but I would prefer it to be slightly larger. The interaction with the app is very good, but as a downside, many of the features are locked behind a paywall. However, it is still useful even without paying the subscription and provides the readings you would expect from an activity tracker. Overall, I highly recommend the Fitbit Charge 5 to anyone looking for a quality and reliable activity tracker.

Anyone who has experience with fitbit will be completely satisfied. It follows the same philosophy, having a colored screen. It has accuracy in measurements and is particularly reliable. The strap is of better quality than previous models. Of course, you pay 160 euros to buy it, and this is a disadvantage since a band of 50 euros performs the same functions.

The product has a proven issue with its battery in some batches. If you notice rapid battery drain, please contact the store where you purchased it or directly contact the manufacturer. They are aware of the problem and will promptly send a replacement.

2 years after the purchase, the device stopped working. I hope for a replacement, but overall I am very disappointed. The initial one I bought had a battery problem and now this. Such a waste of money.

Since the warranty was for 2 years and the device stopped working just a few days after the warranty expired, the company suggested that I simply 'recycle' it and buy something new from their range. Thank you, but I will not deal with fitbit/google again. 2 stars because the device does what it claims (when it does), but in terms of reliability, it is one of the worst experiences I've had.
