Very good construction, in an extremely well-packaged box, so that there are no problems during transportation.
The "rope" for hanging is covered with wire rope with transparent "plastic" that goes into the holes of the 2 brackets. I put my own equivalent, just thicker. Easy to install.
I had exactly the same one since 2012, but the galvanization was damaged (rusty). I replaced it for this reason with this specific one.
Before installing it on the railing, I covered it with wide insulation tape because the color wears off and they rust from rain at the contact points with the brackets, despite their good construction.
Overall, I am very satisfied.

It does not fit on all railings, that's why I uploaded the photo. In my case, it does not secure and moves when you hang clothes. It needs some addition, for sure.

  It's amazing, worth every cent. I have been using it since January 2020. I comfortably hang 10 kilograms of laundry or air two double blankets at the same time. Sometimes, one of the metal parts slightly drops due to the weight, but it's okay for me. I should mention that I have placed it at a greater distance than recommended. The rope that came with it reached three out of the four holes. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

  From the few options available if the railings are round. So I rate it based on that.
  In general, it is quite good quality but it requires attention in two things:
  1) It is not suitable for distances over 1-1.5 meters as it sags under the weight for longer distances (logical due to its shape without any support against the railing).
  2) It leaves marks on the railing if you tighten it too much. If not, it moves very easily.

  For me, with a balcony width of about 4 meters, I ended up buying 2 sets because one couldn't even hold clothes on the 2 lines. It is not the most high-quality, but based on the available options, it gets the job done.
