    I have bought 2 of these for 2 years now for motorcycle trips.. at first I thought that both of them didn't work with all the resistances, they only heated up in the neck. When I contacted the store where I bought it, they agreed to replace both of them for me. I got the new ones and still there was no difference. They heat up in the neck and high on the back.. Then, because they turn off after a short time, I thought I had a problem with the power supply (small power bank), so I got a much larger one (30000mAh/111wh) to have longer duration but still either it's not right or the vests have a problem.. However, for very cold days... out of nowhere.. it's something.
