No relation to the classic ones. It upgrades the training. I use them for running (8 - 16 km). They breathe very well. The foot doesn't sweat and they stay in place without tightening it. With size 43 shoes, I got the 43-46 size. We will see if they shrink after a few washes. They are worth it so far and more.
