My hair was damaged and sensitive, I always had thin hair that easily frizzes and breaks even more easily. At the same time, they had started to thin out due to stress, all the good things together, so I decided to try biotin.
Four months later, I have many new sprouts (which are also long, when did they grow??) and I no longer see the same gaps that had started to appear. I have been taking it for almost 2 months, almost every day (there were days when I didn't take it at all). I mainly took it for my hair, but I can't say that I saw a big difference. Two months is a short period of time, of course. I believe that in order to see results, you need to take it for 3 months or more. Don't expect miracles for weight loss, they are not fat burners. It is difficult to rate a vitamin. I cannot know if it really helps and to what extent. As for my hair, I use other products like shampoo and conditioner, so all together they do their job.
