This edition of the proceedings on Constitutional Law incorporates the previous project by Iphigenia Kamtsidou on the same subject, enriched and updated with examples and court decisions covering the basic constitutional and jurisprudential developments from the first edition until today.The proceedings are a necessary supplement and aid, contributing to the understanding and familiarization with the complex concepts of the field with which the reader often comes into contact for the first time during teaching and studying Constitutional Law. At the same time, they contribute to the perception of the Constitution as a system of directly applicable regulations that can lead to the resolution of issues in current political life through interpretation. The selection of topics is representative of the subject matter of Constitutional Law and arises from the teaching and examination experience of the authors. The selected topics propose directions for answers and not fixed and definitive "solutions", thus allowing for a better and complete understanding of the interpretation of provisions and Constitutional institutions. The issues under examination have been largely the subject of constitutional and political relevance and have been drawn, where feasible, from court decisions, accompanied by indicative bibliographic and jurisprudential references.

This edition of the proceedings aims to enhance the perception that the Constitution, beyond its self-evident political dimension, is a system of legal rules that essentially determine the country's political and social life. The examples provided have been selected to demonstrate that Constitutional Law is not a high-level theory course for first-year students that concerns only academics and politicians, but a powerful tool for citizens that guarantees their freedoms and has significant practical applications in our everyday lives.
