Amazing cream, it does the job on the atopic dermatitis I have on my sole and nothing else worked. With morning and evening use for 20 days, I saw a huge difference. I stopped for a while and will start again, and I believe the problem will disappear! I highly recommend it, it was the only product that helped me.

I use it on my baby who has atopic dermatitis. It takes a long time to take effect, to the point where I think the irritation may have gone away on its own and not because of the cream. Also, the nozzle broke from the first week, resulting in us having to cut the packaging in order to use the cream. Considering its high price, I would not buy it again.
I use it daily on my child with atopic dermatitis flare-ups only during the winter, and I haven't seen any significant improvement. It simply hasn't worsened

After a recommendation from our pediatrician, we bought this cream. It is very good for its intended purpose (at least it suited us), it doesn't require a large amount and it spreads easily! The downside is the smell, which is like it has gone bad (I went back to the pharmacy and smelled others because I thought they gave me an expired product), its price, and its packaging, which once it breaks, you have to "push" from the bottom to get the cream out!
The cheeks of my 3-month-old baby had intense redness and dry skin, which spread to the forehead and ears! I applied oils for 2 weeks with no improvement until I found this cream that was recommended to me by the pediatrician, and with 4 days of application morning and night, his skin has improved and the redness has disappeared!! Very good, it's worth its money

Very effective in caring for skin that shows symptoms of atopic dermatitis. Smooths the skin, prevents cracking, and ultimately prevents the entry of bacteria such as Staphylococcus. I am not a doctor. Our pediatrician explained it to us, and every time we are consistent with its application, no pimples come out that require corticosteroid care.

I use it on my children and it is the best product I have used for atopic dermatitis. It has no side effects or negative reaction on the skin and it is incredibly moisturizing
Moisturizing cream with a nice scent, but it didn't help much with my baby's eczema problem, even though I used it in combination with the bath oil. It is also much more expensive than other products for atopic dermatitis which are much more effective (lipikar).
From the second application, various improvements were noticed on my baby's very irritated skin. The intense redness subsided and the skin noticeably softened.
It does not have significant results on the baby's skin, it does not alleviate atopic dermatitis, it only provides temporary relief. It has a pleasant smell and texture, but that's about it.

3/5 stars and I justify my rating as follows: Before my child turned 1, he developed atopic dermatitis, which I also have, so there was no reason to panic. We turned to Frezyderm products, which we have been using since his birth, knowing that they are of high quality and come from a Greek company. We were very satisfied with the texture and scent of the cream. It absorbs easily into the child's skin, leaving a pleasant, soft scent without any greasiness. The packaging is very practical and the use of it is very easy and convenient. However, because the symptoms did not improve even after using a mild dermatological ointment, our pediatrician suggested trying La Roche - Posay products for atopic dermatitis. That was it! We still use the products of the French company without any complaints. While the moisturizer from Frezyderm may have a better scent and texture, the equivalent from La Roche is more effective and cheaper because it offers double the quantity. The 3/5 stars I gave perfectly justify the quality/price ratio of the product. It is a good product but expensive, and there are better quality products at a better price than this one, which last longer due to the larger quantity. A search on Skroutz will convince you at least about the price issue. In any case, it is a good product from an excellent Greek company.
