Instructions for use and maintenance of wooden platters:

• Use soap and warm water for rinsing and cleaning. Avoid using a dishwasher.
• To prevent odors, sprinkle salt on the platter and rub it with lemon.
• To maintain the wood, apply warm transparent wood oil suitable for food contact at least once a month to close the pores of the wood and protect its appearance. Distribute the oil on the surface of the platter and leave it for 4-6 hours to absorb the oil. Wipe off the excess oil with a clean and soft cloth.
• To maintain its smooth surface after extended use, you can sand it with sandpaper 60-120 grit and repeat the process with wood oil to close the pores again and protect the wood.
