This book on Health Physics aims to connect Physics with Biological and Applied Sciences such as Medicine. For this reason, emphasis is placed on certain principles of Physics. Without understanding these basic principles of Physics, it is difficult to explain Biological and Chemical effects or to effectively and safely use the various sources of radiation available today.
