Good speeds, makes sounds when recording otherwise fine, does not increase temperature, does the job, reads MacBook M1 immediately without problems.
Pure disappointment and it has been tested on 4 different computers... I would recommend another company, very noisy, constantly freezes, if it is connected before the computer starts it does not recognize it, and with a safe removal it gives the message for repair. From my own experience, I would suggest something else if you want large capacity and speed.
A lot of noise compared to others and difficulty recognizing by USB hub. Good transfer speed with high capacity.
Purchase purely for backup (cold storage). Transferring large video files from events for a third backup at speeds of 150mb/s+ from Seagate Backup Plus to the hub. Normal noise level, now I have no opinion on durability over time.
