The new edition is supplemented and updated in view of developments in legislation, case law, and science. It focuses on the conceptual content of administrative function within the framework of executive function. It analyzes Public Administration and its organs that exercise administrative function, the forms of legal action of administration, and its integration into the concept of administrative function.
