Apart from the fact that you need to have a university degree to understand the app, it disconnects while you are talking. If you have connected the headphones to two devices and think you can choose which device will be connected, you are mistaken. It can switch 5 times from one device to another within an hour for no reason at all. You have to search the internet to find out how each headphone works separately. The controls from the headphone are terrible... Especially for changing the volume... super ANC, good sound, but if it does things that even €30 headphones don’t do, what can I say. With the Nothing I had, I didn’t have such issues... I forgot to mention the case. It is made from recyclable materials, and it shows, mainly in texture, and it has a cheap feel. If it’s for the environment, okay, good for Sony. As long as this doesn’t affect the durability and sturdiness of the product. Because it doesn’t seem to me that the lid of the case will last long. I close it as gently as I can, and it still shuts abruptly. Let me say a couple of things about Bluetooth. I think it has 5.2, and if you go two rooms away, the connection is terrible. The Nothing, which have 5.2, might have a similar connection to the Sony if I went to the kiosk. Not 5.2, barely having 4... If after so many updates the final product is this... I have an iPhone and an Android device. The Alexa on one and the Google Assistant never worked properly, but I don’t know if I made some mistake, which is a bit unlikely...
Update: As for Bluetooth, the problem exists on iPhone. On Android, it works as it should. Also, the switching back and forth from one device to another, I suspect, is due to the iPhone. I’m not saying it will be terrible with iPhones, but if you have connected 2 devices, one Android and one iOS, you will probably have issues. As I said from the beginning, excellent sound and very good app and comfort. At €100, it’s definitely worth it; at €120, it’s relative. More than that, probably not... I hope I helped.

So, here’s what I think about these specific headphones. ANC is quite good. Sound and comfort in the ear are superb. The case is fine and has withstood some falls.
Now, let’s get to the negatives...
Many times, people complained that they couldn’t hear me, but I might be at fault too.
Many disconnections for no reason...
For some reason, you can’t use one headphone at a time without issues. You have to go to the app and change a setting to use the other one.
The Google Assistant or Alexa never worked for me.
I lost one headphone relatively early, and because I was satisfied at first, I ordered the same ones again. After a while, both of them lost all functions, transparency, and active noise cancellation. I sent them back through Skroutz to the store where I bought them; they have a 2-year warranty, and they sent them back to me after they said they fixed them... the problem remained, and the fact that it happened to both means it’s not a coincidence. I just got tired of the service's nonsense and simply used them without those functions.
The updates are confusing, and I don’t know if I ever saw any improvement.
If you lose one headphone, forget the updates. If you lose the wrong headphone, the one you were using to listen, that’s it.
Battery... they say 6 hours... if they mean 3 from one headphone and 3 from the other, maybe they mean you can take them, wear them, and they last 6 hours, goodnight. And I’m talking about the simple mode; if you have ANC, goodbye.
I forgot to mention that they charge quite quickly, but the case is for two charges, if that.
Conclusion, there are some that you will love and quite a few that will annoy you. I haven't tried other brands to have an opinion, not on whether they are good but on whether they are worth the money. If you find them for 80-100 okay, I suppose they are worth it at 120... I don't know
