Maybe as a brand and model it does its job well. But I am generally not satisfied with the product. I don't know if other fryers work differently, but I expected much more, however it does nothing more than a regular oven. Fried potatoes it claims... fairy tales... it does, but you need to put a handful of potatoes at a time and constantly stir. If they had somehow made the air come from below, then maybe it would have been much better.
I would like two independent compartments that can be combined in case I wanted to cook a whole chicken, for example. Otherwise, it is very powerful, fast, and easy to clean. The steam that comes out in front and goes towards the screen scares me a little

The purchase is worth it. I don't regret buying the model with the double basket. It's not much bigger as a device and you can cook 2 different meals simultaneously. It's suitable for up to 2 people, but it cooks quickly so you can do a second round. However, the food needs frequent stirring because otherwise it doesn't cook well, for example, the potatoes, which also need to be sprayed with oil 1-2 times. The result is tasty though. Also, the sea bream in the air fryer came out faster and tastier than in the regular oven
I bought this specific airfryer but unfortunately, from the very first day, I noticed steam coming out from the front (which is not normal at all), resulting in it going onto the screen.
I returned the airfryer and after about 2 weeks, they told me that it will be replaced!
When I went to get the same one again, they told me that the company has discontinued this model.
I preferred to get my money back and choose another company!

The fact that it has 2 baskets is the reason I bought it so that I can cook 2 meals at the same time, and with the sync finish program, I have them ready at the same time. I highly recommend it. The price is a bit steep for an air fryer but the comfort it provides is indescribable.
Amazing device, very economical cooking in terms of time, kilowatts, and oil. I recommend grilled chicken and fish at the preset cooking settings and potatoes at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, after washing, drying very well, and marinating with minimal oil. However, a very significant drawback is that nowhere is it mentioned the removal of the PLASTIC supports of the grills, which are extremely dangerous at high temperatures creating dangerous fumes. I wonder why their removal is not separately highlighted. Do not throw them away in case of product return during the warranty period.

Very good for its price! I bought it mainly to cook meat without frying it and for potatoes. For meat, I must say it is one of the best options. As for the potatoes, I don't think it can resemble fried ones, at least not the two times I tried. Other than that, it is a good choice for quick and tasty cooking.
I have had it for almost a year, purchased from a store in Thessaloniki! I cook all my meats there, in max half an hour, with minimal oil, it cleans very easily. Potatoes are so-so, I would say they are not 100% like fried ones but maybe I am doing something wrong! Juicy meats, I also cook salmon, juicier and better than frying! It is worth it and more. I would say the pot is average as we do not fill it up so that the food cooks well, like the burgers which are relatively big, I put 2-3 max 3-3 and the bacon as well 3-3! I also use it as a small oven to warm up food

The reason I chose it was the synchronization button for baking, meaning if you put chicken in one basket and potatoes in the other, the machine "understands" and starts baking the chicken first, which needs more time, and then the potatoes later.
For fried potatoes, I follow the suggested cooking time, but for temperature, instead of 200°C, I set it to 205°C or 210°C, in the exact same cooking time suggested by the machine. However, it requires around 9 to 10 sprays of oil to come out well, not just a full soup spoon.
I have lost weight without essentially changing my diet or my daily treat.

After 3 months of use, I have to say only the best!!! At €178, the purchase is worth every euro!! We have eaten the best meals! Fried potatoes, steaks, chicken, cheese pies, grilled vegetables for moussaka, we make them there... and I can keep writing until tomorrow. It's tasty and uses little to no oil... it's easy to clean... I haven't put it in the dishwasher just because I clean it on the spot. If you push the grates down, they don't fall when you empty the food. It's big and takes up space, but if you want to make, for example, chicken with potatoes, the two baskets are convenient for eating both dishes hot. We have almost eliminated the need for a frying pan and oven. Just remember to shake them when the shake notification goes off to ensure even cooking.

We started with Philips, which was quite good for cooking but small and difficult to clean. We continued with a 5-liter AEG, which had good capacity but wasn't that great. We got this one a month ago and it's excellent. Very good cooking times, nice baking, easy programs, and very good quality. The two baskets have good capacity, but when you have a large single item, it seems a bit crowded at first. The only negative thing I might have to say is that because it has the grates (which are quite stable), you can't isolate the food and turn it directly onto a plate because if there's a little oil or juice from the food, it will spill.
Edit 4/8 It's very difficult to get the potatoes right. The ones at the bottom stay undercooked and you have to keep turning them to make them at least somewhat uniform. I believe it's because it doesn't have a basket-type tray and the heat doesn't pass through evenly.
I think the ideal would be to have a combo of grates and a basket, and it would be perfect. I found some accessories that might help.
Edit again 5/10 they turn out much better surprisingly if they're not finely chopped because the thinner ones don't burn so easily.
The best purchase we have made!! I no longer use neither a pan nor an oven except for a few times!! I cook burgers and potatoes for my little one in ten minutes and at the same time I warm up our own food in the next pot! It has solved our hands!! Luckily, I didn't listen to some of the reviews here and bought it. For me, the most important thing was the fried potatoes, which are theoretically healthier with the air fryer. I love eating potatoes, but I don't fry them at home because firstly, they are unhealthy and secondly, they make the whole house smell like oil. I can say that it makes them PERFECT. I'm talking about regular potatoes, not pre-fried garbage.
So, guys, first of all, I had good local potatoes that I know are good for frying. I cut them into a size similar to my little finger and slightly thinner. Then, as the booklet says, I rinse them with a lot of water in a bowl. The water will become cloudy from the starch being rinsed off. I pour out the water and refill the bowl. This time you will see that the water is clear. I pour out the water again. Then, I dry the potatoes with kitchen paper. I mix the kitchen paper with the potatoes to absorb the excess water. I add a little bit of oil, always olive oil, and mix it well. They say that seed oils are better for frying, but I have never bought them in my life. So, I have already preheated the basket at 240 for about 5 minutes. And if you put cold oil in the pan, you've ruined it, it absorbs oil and becomes disgusting. Some people may like it, of course. So, I put the potatoes in the hot basket and adjust the temperature to 220. I fry them for about half an hour in total, and around the 8-minute mark, I do the first flip. As it progresses, I flip them more frequently. And in general, we see and do, we don't set a timer and leave it. By flip, I mean I take the basket and shake it. I bring the bottom to the top. I turn it off when they all turn golden, I throw them in a bowl, add salt, and mix them. Of course, there are better potatoes if you make them with a strong gas stove. But let's not get carried away, okay. By the way, there is no smell of oil in the room. I only smelled it a little when I put marinated steaks in wine. It smelled good. And again, here I had to lower the temperature from 240 to 220 because they started to burn. But they turned out perfect too. Generally, don't take the temperatures and times it says as gospel. Also, with having 2 baskets, I can cook the meat, for example, in one and the potatoes in the other. The potatoes need constant stirring, they need to be cooked separately. Other than that, the machine looks good, no complaints. We'll see.
For the money, it comes very close in quality to the Ninja with less money.
I am very satisfied with my choice to go for a double cooker because the 4.25+4.25 helps you cook the main and side dish at the same time. The plates are very good although sometimes they turn a little and make it difficult for you.
As for the construction and the control panel, it is really awesome, user-friendly, and extremely helpful.
