We have had the washing machine for almost 1 month, and for now we are very satisfied with how it washes and the fact that we can put almost half a load of dirty laundry without any worries.
The reason I chose this particular brand is because I was very satisfied with the previous washing machine, which was from the same company, and we had it for 10+ years.
There is no comparison in how it washes clothes, the noise has been greatly reduced, although it can still be heard during the spin cycle, but the difference is still significant compared to the previous washing machine. It has a comfortable and large drum, its functions are very easy to understand, and also due to its weight (55+ kg), it doesn't move at all.
Also, it should be noted that the FreshCare+ function is worth every penny. We activate this function every time we use the washing machine, and it keeps the clothes with a little steam so that they don't develop unpleasant odors.
I will come back again if anything changes.

The washing machine had a problem with the door closing from the second week and now it also gives me the F06 error and gets stuck. I contacted the support of Skroutz as I bought it through Skroutz's basket so that a technician could come and see it. They have not sent me a technician, they just told me to contact the store where I purchased it, despite the fact that the warranty should be executed by the seller, which is Skroutz.
Also, communication with Skroutz is only done through chat and they respond after 5-7 days, IF they respond. There is no phone for service. Additionally, one employee says one thing and the other says another without having communicated with each other. This way of communication is not convenient at all as it delays the resolution of any problem.
CONCLUSION, I will not buy a large appliance through Skroutz again as they do not provide service but instead send you to the store with delays. Communication is PROBLEMATIC and the service is NONEXISTENT.

Purchased on 11/22, it has been working for 1 month now and I am completely satisfied. Class A for economy, large drum, very few companies today keep their promises with the weight, it is truly sturdy and quiet, even when spinning. Made in EU, Italy, which is rare nowadays.
