I first bought them in 2015. The previous model, but the only difference is visual (and not significant). I have worn them in mountains, in snow, and mainly on rough terrain with many rocks and mud. Due to work, I wore them and still wear them daily for over 8 hours. They hold the foot well, they are warm, waterproof, they do not slip, you do not feel the rocks when stepping on them, and they are very comfortable to walk in. I highly recommend them.
For Columbia, I didn't expect this. It's like a cheap shoe... is it possible for the leather to be worn out in 7 months??? Unbelievable... I will never buy again
After 2 1/2 years of daily hard use (I am a surveyor in the province, mountains, mud, rocks, etc.), the sole gave up. Good shoe, comfortable and with good grip even on wet grass on slopes. It is not completely waterproof, but it dries quickly afterwards. For occasional use, I believe it will last much longer.
The boot firstly does not hold water at all, unacceptable for the 132 euros I paid. I don't know if they are durable in the long run, I put them on today and took them off today. I would not buy them again.
The shoe is perfect and it needs to be 1.5 sizes smaller than what you normally wear, not bigger as someone below wrote. For example, I wear size 44 in Adidas and in these shoes I wear size 42.5
I bought them for winter at work. The shoe is warm, soft but not waterproof. It is more suitable for repelling water if it is in drops or rain, but it is not waterproof despite the lining it has. Also, it requires caution because it slips especially on tiles or pavement slabs.
In the second winter, the leather cracked on the right shoe at the point where the foot bends.
The sizes of Columbia are a disaster. The 46 that I wear almost everywhere is a 13 in the US, which is almost a 48.
I would not recommend them.
The purchase was made during a trip to Canada. It is a comfortable, waterproof, and slip-resistant boot. It was walked with for many hours in adverse conditions, both in the snow in the countryside and in the city of Montreal on a daily basis. The quality is excellent, as it is also lightweight. It is worth its money. It is recommended without a second thought, as at the first opportunity I will buy another pair. It is good to get half a size bigger (I wear size 42 and when I tried it on, it was tight and short in length with the corresponding socks I wear, so I ended up getting half a size bigger and it was PERFECT on the foot).
The boots are very comfortable, lightweight, and of good quality. For their price, they are a decent choice.
I use it for work, very comfortable and soft, moderately to quite durable
Flawless shoe, sturdy with good grip, waterproof and non-slip.
