I wore the "coldgear" suit (compression leggings + shirt) during the winter (in Athens) under shorts and a t-shirt.

It doesn't let the cold in and miraculously you don't feel hot.
I went out for 2-3 days with freezing cold weather wearing a beanie, gloves, face mask, and the cold gear. Anything that didn't have the CG fabric got cold!

I wear size Large, 190cm, 90-95kg, but it is compression, so be careful. It doesn't just touch the body.
*I only wore them so that I wouldn't run with just leggings. I never wore sweatpants + hoodie.

Amazing leggings. I wear it for hiking under my hiking pants in -10 degrees and for skiing. Except for the fact that it tends to fall a bit and you have to adjust it by pulling it somewhere, I can say it is a very good purchase and worth its money.

Excellent for outdoor sports with a temperature of 5 degrees and 90+ humidity. I also tried it in an indoor field with 19 degrees and it was equally effective.

At the 14 degrees temperature that I wore it for the first time, I was very satisfied. In the end, the advantage of wearing leggings becomes apparent and you understand it in practice, so I recommend this particular one to everyone.
