Not 5 but 10 stars if I could. Always according to the price of the camera, of course.
It has several negatives, which you can ignore due to the 20 euros.
A friend below wrote that it does not send notifications at night. He is not right, morning or night, with normal light or with infrared, the notifications it sends are the same. I almost didn't buy it because of this review.
The positives:
1. It is very cheap.
2. It has 18650 batteries which can be easily replaced when they run out, and maybe with even stronger ones for longer battery life.
3. It has good quality construction.
4. It has a good image both at night and in the morning.
5. It sends notifications normally (but... see negatives below).
The negatives:
1. It does not have an on/off button.
2. It does not have an option for restart (it has a reset option, but not restart).
3. It sends notifications if it detects motion, but it takes about 45 seconds when you are on the same strong WiFi, and I imagine it will take longer on a mobile network.
4. The mobile application, although quite good for the money, has some glitches. Especially when setting up the motion detection and notification schedule (if you don't set it to 24/7, it freezes and sometimes doesn't work at all).
I have placed it in various locations, relatively close to the router (10 meters), and it has a good signal. For example, on the balcony. The main reason I bought it was to place it inside the car. I haven't tried it yet, but if it gets a signal, I think it will work fine!
Conclusion: for the very low price and the fact that the batteries can be replaced, I consider it a very good purchase!
Update
**After some time of use**
I have it on the balcony, with a program to detect motion for 6 hours within 24 hours. It has been here for a week and a day, and the battery shows 53%. If this is true, it means it can easily last for 15 days. Let's see, there will be a new update.
(Note: I solved the issues it had when setting it up by setting the configuration twice and pressing the "<<" back button to save the settings.)

15 full days on the balcony with the battery at 22%
The reason for the two stars is that although it has a very good magnet and sticks very firmly to any metal surface, and the connection to devices is very simple and easy, it constantly disconnects and I have to wait for hours for it to reconnect. I should mention that I have it indoors, almost next to my router with 24 lines that do not have significant fluctuations in speed (at most it drops to 22). For its price, it is good, but personally, it did not work for me.
Sometimes I wonder about the reviews, especially on a product that you have no reason to give a positive review. So, I've had it for 4 days and it already needs charging. The notifications are terrible, especially at night. You'll get five false alarms and it will only catch half of them. I subscribed to the cloud service (€10/month) and it only saves 1 out of 5 videos. The most annoying thing is that it goes offline every day and you have to take out the batteries and put them back in to get it working again. In short, it's a waste of money. They tried to steal from me, I already had a camera and they broke it whenever I tried to get a new one. I saw the reviews and thought it would be good and save me €30 compared to my previous one, but in the end, I'll have to buy the same one again and waste another €40
The camera is worth the money. It has an amazing magnet and can be horizontally mounted on a wall without fear of falling. The battery lasts depending on the notifications from 15 to 25-30 days, it takes about 3-4 hours to charge to 100%. It works with the AJCloud application, does not accept a memory card, but records videos with limited duration for free or longer with a subscription to the provider. It also has a "raincoat" for outdoor use to protect against moisture, etc. Be aware that it only works on a 2.4 GHz network. If you have a 5 GHz router, your internet provider will need to open a 2.4 GHz channel for you to connect automatically and very easily.
I bought the camera through my colleague's account, which has free shipping, 15 days ago on offer for €24.99 instead of €29.99 from a store that only works through Skroutz.
I am interested in buying a second one, but strangely enough, on the eve of the amazing Black Friday, instead of the price dropping, it increased to €36.40...
For the same camera, an increase of almost €12 in 15 days is almost like speculation, proving once again how much of a scam Black Friday is in Greece...
The camera is worth it, but I will wait for it to drop back to €24.99 for a new purchase...
Great magnet for vertical placement and the battery lasts at least 15 days, I haven't even charged it yet. I have placed it outside the door of my apartment in a block of flats.
Good purchase for €24.99 and lower - not for more..
It has not disconnected even once and I have 24 internet (real 12)... but the router is 3 meters away with an external wall of the apartment in between.
While it was working fine, suddenly the batteries stopped charging and the camera only lasts for a day before going offline. Also, if you want to save recordings, there is another extra program within the app that you have to pay a subscription for to use... Better stay away
Just two stars only because it has a good magnet.. I have a 50mbps connection, I have it right next to me and it doesn't catch well at all..

The battery lasts about 7 days. Unfortunately, it never detects motion at night, even in the most sensitive setting. It has a magnetic base that can be screwed onto the back, not just underneath as shown in the photo, making it convenient to place on metal surfaces. It has a rubber cover for waterproofing and works perfectly.
