Description

In a fictional mountainous town in Arcadia, Magda Zeiri, the wife of the former mayor, maintains her power, exerting authority with her imposing presence.
At the same time, she reminisces about moments of glory and grandeur, enjoying the admiration of a large portion of the local population.

However, as the years go by, her unwavering sense of herself as the guardian of morality and her deep conviction that she is above everyone else give her the impression that the society in which she lives does not deserve her, causing her heart to slowly freeze.

Thus, Magda, wanting to control people, begins to weave a poisonous web, in the nets of which the entire town will be trapped.
Ultimately dividing it into a small civil war, where passions and hatreds that were deeply hidden within people's souls awaken.

The River of a Thousand Blinds is a work about the corruption of power, loves, hatreds, and passions that timelessly dominate people and societies.

With literary prowess and penetrating insight, it shows us that human nature always confirms the highest and most tragic expectations...

Is it easier to hate than to love?
Is power such a strong drug?
This book is a drama set in the mountains searching for the sunrise.
