It has a non-stick coating to prevent food from sticking to the bottom of the pot. To maintain the intact coating it has, we advise you to let the pot cool before cleaning it and avoid using wire scrubbers. Prefer a soft, synthetic sponge. Additionally, it is compatible with all types of stoves (gas, ceramic, induction, electric).

The main reasons for purchasing were that it is a Greek product and the coating seems to have the right characteristics.
After months of use, I can say that the coating is very good, without food sticking to it, no matter what is placed on it so far. Also, with proper use, there is no sign of detachment.
The problem and the reason why I would not buy it again, and also the reason for the 3 stars, is the almost nonexistent insulation on the handles. I have attached a photo where it can be seen how it is constructed. The handle is almost exclusively plastic, with minimal insulation, if any at all. So, while cooking, they burn to a tragic degree and you need kitchen gloves to hold them.
I tried cutting the three prominent elements so that the metal surface is minimal. I also placed high-temperature silicone inside the handle, but the results were minimally positive. Gloves are still needed.
It's a shame because otherwise it is a good utensil.
