Description

Ideal for home use and entertainment

The Wanbo X1 projector features an advanced optical LCD engine with laser technology that delivers bright and vibrant images with fine details regardless of the ambient light level in the room. Text is easily readable, and images and videos maintain high color saturation and contrast, creating an immersive experience.

Large image size in a small room

The projection distance, which refers to the distance at which the projector can be placed relative to the projection surface, ranges from 1.2 to 3 meters. The Throw Ratio indicates the width of the image produced by the projector when placed at a specific distance from the screen.

Image resolution and contrast

Its resolution is 720p but it upscales to 1080p. The image can be either 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ratio, and the contrast ratio is 2000:1 rather than the usual 1000:1, contributing to a good image quality. It features manual keystone correction for vertical adjustments and electronic four-point correction.

Connectivity includes a USB port, an HDMI port, and also has a headphone and AV port, all located next to the power button.

Built-in Wi-Fi

Equipped with Wi-Fi, you can wirelessly connect to your local network to stream online content or download software updates.

Smart Android

With the built-in Android operating system, you can access the internet and applications without the need for additional equipment, such as a TV Box.

The package includes:

  • Projector
  • Remote control
  • Power cable

First of all, it arrived in one day, congratulations to Skroutz.

    1. It is indeed 1080p native, there were differences in the descriptions, elsewhere it said 720p and elsewhere 1080p.
    2. It has a decent viewing size, around 80 inches from 1.5-2 meters.
    3. Its android works well and fast.
    4. The sound is okay, nothing extraordinary.
    5. The brightness is okay, nothing extraordinary.
    6. Fast connection with Wi-Fi/responsiveness to commands.
    7. It does not play mkv files, but I will download VLC.
    8. The build quality is okay, just okay, but it needs attention.
    9. The manual keystone is UNACCEPTABLE, DO NOT touch it, it won't work if you mess with it, BUT it has a very satisfactory 4 point keystone correction and zoom so that you never have to touch the manual keystone. Unfortunately, when you touch the focus, it becomes difficult not to touch the keystone, but I think you can learn to avoid that.

At 129 euros, with 1080p native resolution, android 9, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, built-in speakers, it is very difficult for me to return it just because of the unacceptable manual keystone. The brightness also disappoints me a bit, but at this price, with these extra features, it is not possible to have super brightness.

Update: The manual keystone is actually a problem. If the projection is from low to high, it affects the focus even if you don't touch it. As a result, the image is blurry in the bottom or top part. Also, it does not project smoothly, both from a USB stick and from Netflix. The image trembles ("jitters") in vertical and horizontal movements. Therefore, the processor/RAM is not sufficient. My relative kept it since they are not bothered by the above issues...

  • Update: In less than a year, it experienced a major "burnout" and became useless. Fortunately, the store refunded the amount directly. Understandable for this price, but I wouldn't buy it again.

    Update....
I am changing the rating of the projector and deleting the positive review I had made, as well as the photos I had uploaded, because my product turned out to be defective. While it was working fine and I was very satisfied with the image quality, colors, and brightness, from the second day I noticed some white dots that appeared as glare. The problem was particularly noticeable on a black background. The more I used the projector, the more these dots appeared. I sent it back to the store, where they confirmed that there was indeed a problem. They told me I could request a replacement or a refund. I asked for a replacement. It arrived very quickly, in about a day. Unfortunately, the new projector is worse than the previous one, as it doesn't even show me the menu when turned on, just a black background and the same white dots.

Yes, the projector. It has a good image for its price. It has Android 9 operating system. It has a native resolution of 1080p, good brightness, and relatively good sound. But what good is it when it breaks so quickly? I have already requested a refund from the store. I will also upload some photos showing the problem I encountered. (The first photo is from the new unit of the projector, and the second one is from the first). I don't mention all this to discourage anyone from buying it, I'm just sharing my own experience. Perhaps this particular model is defective. I hope I helped.
