Excellent vitamins. I chose them after my doctor's recommendation. They help me a lot to replenish the energy I lose during the day either from breastfeeding or from the increased demands of my daily life with the baby!

Certainly the capsules are invigorating, however they caused me severe insomnia and I don't know if I would take them again... Also, a comment about the pharmacy I ordered them from (i-pharmacy) in mid-December 2020 (and due to courier delays, I received them during the holidays), they sent me a box that expired in February 2021... I don't think they would have been altered, but excuse me when you order a box of vitamins for 28 days, it should last at least three months. I might want to take them twice a week for personal reasons.
