POSITIVES:
Value for Money, one of the best 14-inch laptops you can find at such a low price.
Very good IPS screen.
Thin and light.
Fast (due to SSD).
Large keys.
Large touchpad.
HDMI port.
Privacy shutter switch to cover the camera.
Pre-installed Win 11.
Satisfactory charging time.
Kensington lock port on the right to lock it in external spaces to prevent theft (does not have its own cable).
* Gaming (old games, or less demanding ones like puzzle/adventure, it runs them with good performance considering it has 1 channel ram and integrated graphics.
NEGATIVES:
* Gaming (for the games it can run as mentioned above, if you run them without power supply, the fps drop significantly, around 30, but it is completely silent. If you charge it while playing games, the fps go to the max, but it starts to struggle and the fan gets very loud.
Unfortunately, the battery does not last as long as stated in the description, not even close. Even with low power settings, low brightness, power saver ON, the battery drains relatively easily.
The power button is on the keyboard all the way to the top right. Very close to the delete and backspace keys. So you need to be careful not to press it accidentally, especially at night, because the keyboard is not backlit.
The keys, although easy to press all the way, sometimes require a little more force to register.
The touchpad it has takes a little time to get used to, due to the mediocre quality of the plastic it is made of.
The 256 GB SSD is borderline for the time. I would prefer it to have 512 GB.
It does not have an ethernet port (connects to the internet only via wifi).
Only x1 USB A port and x1 USB C port.
It had space for more ports, the entire right side of it is almost empty.
What I will say here is a known issue of Win 11 and not a problem of the specific laptop, I just mention it: Sometimes, fortunately very few times, whatever application you are running (movie, games, etc.) minimizes and throws you to the desktop. It does not crash. You can restore it with the mouse or alt-tab.
Notes: I have had it for almost a year and I bought it for around 320 euros. I just wanted a budget laptop for occasional use on days when I can't be on the PC. It covered me and more.
