I did a test on a kitchen pan that had the well-known oil marks that wouldn't come off with anything, even with wire scrubbing. When I used the steam cleaner, I simply sprayed it without any attachment in front and scrubbed it a bit with the wire; the results were that all the stains just disappeared. Besides all this, it has incredible water pressure. It's very good. As for some complaints from a lady that despite using demineralized water, she obviously didn't read the instructions at all, which state that neither demineralized water nor distilled water (from a dehumidifier) nor even rainwater is allowed, only tap water. Let's not forget that the steam cleaner raises the temperature to 60 degrees; what minerals could possibly remain? And one last thing that plays an important role: when we unplug it and leave it in place, we should empty the remaining water in the steam cleaner's container

I put distilled water, it got blocked, I took it to a technician, the water inlet component doesn't open, I took it to the technician again and I have been having this issue for a year and a half, I don't know, I am not satisfied at all
