It is made of aluminum, a material that makes it lightweight, highly resistant to rust, and very quick to heat up. We recommend choosing this skillet if you want to cook 4-6 servings of food. Due to its large size, it is not suitable for use on small stovetops as it is difficult to evenly distribute heat throughout the utensil.
