The BTW3500 device from Bormann Elite is designed and manufactured exclusively for the instant production of hot water in any enclosed residential or commercial space.
Attention! The use of the device for heating any liquid other than water is prohibited.

The BTW3500 instant water heater can be installed either to provide hot water at one point of use or at multiple points of use. It also has the capability to work with other hot water sources (hybrid installation).

You should also know that it has the capability to connect to provide hot water at multiple points of use, e.g., sink and bath. The internal piping for this type of connection should not exceed 3 meters.

Instant water heater with LCD Screen BTW3500 from Bormann Pro. It can be installed in the bathroom or kitchen for instant hot water! Particularly safe, with ROHS/CE certification and absolutely economical, as it saves more energy compared to electric water heaters with a storage tank.

    FOR WHAT YOU PAY, IT'S OKAY. It was installed in a sink for dishwashing because the plumbing had a malfunction and it takes a while for hot water to come from the solar panel to the kitchen.

    Easy installation. Heats up quickly.

    To adequately heat the water, you need to reduce the flow of cold water input from the sink's angle switch. Otherwise, it doesn't have enough time to heat it and the water just becomes lukewarm.

    So expect to have a lower flow than usual. It's enough for a sink, hand washing, etc., but for a bathroom/shower, I would look for something more powerful.

    I am completely satisfied with its price. Durability and other issues, only time will tell.
