  I don't know what rating to give, because despite its unacceptable drop in quality, it remains above average as a diary. As shown in the photo, the writing fields have loosened the bindings by half compared to the previous year, causing the pages to come out of place and tear (for those familiar with editions and bindings, the result is like putting a "pin" in many stacked pages - this was an issue in some comic book issues released by Anubis in the '00s).

  I believe this was done for cost-cutting reasons, but when I sent an email to the company to complain and inquire, I received no response other than a standard promise to address my concerns. Personally, I will stop rewarding mediocrity for the sake of profit increase, and that's why I would recommend a Legami instead of this diary. The flexbook patent and all its positives were lost the moment they skimped on the bindings. I would pay more for a proper product, but I won't give anything for something unfinished that doesn't fulfill what it advertises - especially when they have proven they can make it high-quality but choose to be cheap.
