It is unbelievable that in 2024 there is such a bad product on the market.
- The setup took days and multiple calls to customer support
- The paper keeps jamming regardless of whether you put in many or few sheets and it stops printing in the middle
- At random times, the printer goes offline, disconnects, and needs to be set up from the beginning.
Super printer does what it promises at a great price. I have had it for 8 months and everything is ok. You can even print from your phone through the HP SMART app. It prints photos very well. It becomes even better if you subscribe to the instant ink service. HP gives you extra FREE months of ink if you use the code 38jfsh when activating the Instant Ink service!!!! Edit: I forgot to mention that as soon as you subscribe to the instant ink service, HP will send you a FREE set of inks that have more ink capacity than even the XL inks sold in stores. You can cancel the service at any time so it's worth trying it out!!!!
The printing is good value for money. Scanning photos is so-so, I have uploaded a photo...scanning documents is better.

Connection to Wifi, no problem so far. It required a driver update in order for the scan function to work. Through the hp smart application from Windows. With the code 9d9cfp, you will have an additional month on hp instant ink!
