Classic munchkin with a zombie theme. Same rules, nice cards and illustrations.
A game that requires relatively moderate time but is enjoyable. A positive aspect is that it doesn't require its original version because it is stand alone. You can mix and match any expansion you want even here.
I recommend using card sleeves from KAISA 56mm x 87mm if your friends are stinky fingered orcs who lick their fingers after eating shrimp.

This particular version is standalone and has some nice variations compared to the regular version! I highly recommend it!
