With the writing of this book, "The Arrow of Time. From Medicine... to the Rectorate", I wanted to outline, simply and documented, certain moments from the successive periods of my scientific and professional journey. Within the pages, I refer to my choices that played a significant role in the evolution of my career, as well as characteristic moments and events that impressed me, as well as the context of the era in which all these took place. This is the continuation of my previous book, "A Woman Remembers... Reflections and Searches", in which my reflections mainly concerned my school years spent in my special homeland, Kozani, as well as issues of Education and the current events of that time.
