    Black carpet! Disappointment! In many cases, when I scan an A4 document, it cuts it into two photos. I do not recommend it. It will spit it out in a year.

    Να πω πως είναι το δεύτερο ίδιο σκάνερ που αγοράζω! Το άλλο κράτησε 6 χρόνια και έφαγε τα ψωμιά του R.Ι.Ρ !!

    I got the machine yesterday, I liked that it connects via USB without a power cable. It outputs 24 bits while promising 48-bit color, but I'm looking for the settings to see if it can achieve more (as it promises). Generally, if it doesn't deliver the resolution and color depth it promises, why wouldn't someone get the smaller model, which is also 20 euros cheaper?

    Very easy to connect, but the Canon software is somewhat outdated. However, this doesn't prevent you from doing your work. I downloaded the drivers directly from the website. It worked perfectly with them.

    I haven't tried OCR yet.
    I will come back with more comments.

    Αγοράστηκε για το γραφείο μου για να μπορώ να σκανάρω γρήγορα κάποια έγγραφα. Το σκανάρισμα είναι αρκετά γρήγορο και η ποιότητα απλά απίστευτη. Αξίζει να σημειωθεί πώς είναι μπορείς να το συνδέσεις με έναν εκτυπωτή για να αντιγράφεις έγγραφα ή φωτογραφίες.
    Έχω μείνει πού ευχαριστημένος με την επιλογή του συγκεκριμένου σκανερ!

    You scan a few pages 4-5 and then it freezes.
    You do not have access rights to the specified folder and it stops scanning, even though I press Scan document. Bad product, it doesn't work.

    Pay great attention to the Drivers. Windows 8.1 & 10 download wrong Drivers from Windows Update and they don't work. Only the one for Windows 7 works on Win 8 & 10 and you should not let Windows Update download the "updated version". Also, it no longer works on Mac OS High Sierra because the Drivers are 32-bit... And Apple now only wants 64-bit apps & Software on its systems. For Mac OS High Sierra+up, there is VueScan from Hamrick Software with a Trial version with Watermark, costing 20 € and 60 € respectively for professionals.
    All features are available in the Trial version but unfortunately with a Watermark on the Scanned Files.

    However, for home use, especially for documents and even USB Powered, it is an economical and quite quality implementation. I have been using it to scan my documents at home for 4 years now without any problems. I simply paid for the HAMRICK Software.

    Η πρώτη εντύπωση ήταν πολύ καλή. Εύκολη εγκατάσταση παρ' όλο που διάβασα διάφορα περι δυσκολίας της. Απλά βάζεις το cd που έχει μέσα και ακολουθείς τα βήματα 1-1. Εύκολο και γρήγορο στη χρήση. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα. Οτιδήποτε αρνητικό προκύψει, θα επανέλθω με νέα σχόλια.

    Το μηχάνημα το έχω τρία χρόνια κανένα λειτουργικό πρόβλημα
    Όμως για να κατανοήσεις ολοκληρωμένα τη λειτουργία του πρέπει να μελετήσεις όλο αυτό το σύγγραμμα λειτουργίας που το συνοδεύει
    Πάντως μετά την εγκατάσταση και αν στη διάρκεια των χρήσεων του κολλήσει καμιά φορά βγάζεις το καλωδιακι wsb το ξαναβάζεις και ,,κανένα πρόβλημα !!

    Update 2020! I have been using this scanner for 8 years now, replacing an older model of the same series that lasted for over 8 years! I highly recommend it because it takes up little space, has accurate color reproduction, is easy to operate, and is quite fast! And a tip, prefer buying a separate scanner and printer, you won't lose your money if one of the two devices breaks, and also in terms of more affordable models, it has better performance than a low-cost all-in-one machine!
