For the first time, Adidas introduced two versions of its popular series, the Ultraboost 5 and the Ultraboost 5X.

Both models feature a Primeknit upper, Light Boost sole, Torsion System, pre-molded heel clip, and Continental outsole.

However, the Ultraboost 5X weighs 17 grams less (it does not have the cage on the upper part where the laces tie) and is an ideal choice for runners who prefer a lighter shoe.
