Description

The Gewa RC-100 electric guitar is aimed at musicians and guitarists of all experience levels who want a quality guitar at an affordable price. It is suitable for learning, professional use in the studio, and concerts.

This guitar is designed for guitarists who prefer the sound of single coil and humbucker magnetic distortion and are looking for a musical instrument that will allow them to play rock, blues, pop, and other genres of music.

SSS Pickup Configuration (3x single coils)

In this configuration, there are three pickups, one opposite the other, and they are positioned at the neck, center, and bridge of the guitar. The combination of the three pickups provides a rich and diverse palette of sounds, with the ability to choose according to the respective music and playing style.

Equipped with passive pickups, which do not require external power to operate. Specifically, passive pickups work using magnetism and produce a signal that is inversely proportional to the movement of the strings.

Neck construction from Maple wood

The Maple wood used in the neck is an important element for the guitar's acoustics, as it produces a bright and precise tone resulting from the wood's hardness.

Body construction from Basswood

Basswood produces a soft and balanced sound, with good balance in the mid and high frequencies.

Classic ST Body Shape

The ST body shape it features follows the lines of one of the most widespread electric guitars, like the Stratocaster. Its design has a double-cut body for access to the highest frets and an extended "horn" on the upper side that offers perfect balance during upright playing.

With a wide range of supporters, including Jimi Hendrix, Buddy Holly, David Gilmour, and Jeff Beck, it is clear that the ST Style shape can handle virtually any musical style.

The comment is something that I hadn't planned, it was more for emotional fulfillment. The guitar was purchased from a store in Piraeus around 2011-2012. As a teenager back then, I wanted a guitar to strum and take me wherever. I still have the guitar today. Of course, I have changed the strings, but other than that, I didn't need anything else. For a beginner looking to learn guitar and nothing more, I highly recommend it. Now, more objectively, the guitar is mediocre in all aspects. Obviously, there are guitars with 4+ digits in price, so if I say this one is perfect for 100 euros, I wouldn't be objective. Is there a reason to want something more than mediocrity at this price? I don't say that it being mediocre is a negative, on the contrary, I am completely satisfied and have had it for so many years. If you want something professional and you are willing, obviously, you will go elsewhere. If you want it for practice and learning, I guarantee that it will serve the purpose and its price is excellent.

An underrated gem. Excellent quality for the price, very nice fretboard, beautiful finish, very lightweight, with a very nice sound. The tremolo is active. A guitar that should be talked about more.

This review is about the colour: Black

My first electric guitar, a very good choice. The sound it produces is not perfect, but of course, that also depends on the amplifier that each person has. Comfortable to play, easy to hold. The tremolo is there just for the sake of it. It doesn't have the capabilities or the sound that other guitars with tremolo produce. However, it is a positive addition since it exists. The issue with the guitar (for me) is the three "knobs" (volume/tone) that are not of good quality. They move quite a bit. I recommend it for someone who wants to learn and doesn't have enough money to buy a more expensive one.
