I used it as instructed, which is 2 capsules/3 times a day, half an hour before meals. You feel bloated but it's normal since you're drinking 2 glasses of water. I can't say that I noticed a difference in my appetite, nor a greater weight loss than usual, even though I followed a strict program with salads and fruits as well as exercise.
