I have been buying it for a while now. I have low iron since I was a child. Sometimes it is below the limits and other times it is within limits but always low. When it was below the limit, I took iron for three months and then stopped until the next annual blood test. Eventually, my doctor suggested that I take iron only during my period for "maintenance" and to stop these on and off three-month cycles. And so I started taking sideral. I am absolutely satisfied. My iron levels are now normal. And the cherry on top: it does not cause constipation.
Favorite product, much better than what I have tried. It does what it promises, does not cause discomfort, you can drink it at any time of the day you want, it does not leave a bad taste like other formulations.

Unfortunately, it didn't work for me... In the week that I took them, I suffered from constipation, bloating, and all the consequences of constipation. So, I didn't have the chance to see if my hematocrit and ferritin levels would increase. It's been a week since I stopped taking them and I still haven't fully recovered. However, it didn't bother my stomach at all like other medications that cause nausea and bloating. But what can you do...
After a 3-month treatment with monthly verification through laboratory testing, there was no improvement in iron or ferritin levels. However, dizziness did improve. We are talking about a real deficiency, while with another pharmaceutical product it returned to normal levels. Maybe it's not for everyone, maybe it's just for maintaining levels. It didn't work for us, though. I would recommend getting a laboratory test for verification.
It is a wonderful supplement, as it does not cause the slightest nausea, nor does it smell when you bring it close to you. I have suffered from other iron supplements. Personally, it raised my iron levels in tests, but not ferritin.
I got it for the first time, only for the period I got it. I had no unpleasant side effects neither in the stomach nor in the intestines.
In less than 1.5 months, my hematocrit increased to 36.6 from 31, hemoglobin to 12 from 10, and overall all my blood tests improved (ferritin to 7 from 3, which for my standards is very good). I have iron-deficiency anemia and I did not expect it to work so well.
I take it at night before bed (and after at least 1.5 hours after the last meal) as recommended by the doctor. It has not caused me any issues in the intestines

Buy it with closed eyes. My daughter had iron deficiency and consequently orthostatic hypotension, and after about two weeks she had no episodes at all. I will come back with the numbers from the blood re-examination. The liquid medications that doctors give in these cases cause constipation, and this is something that I think no one can tolerate.
Excellent product!! The only iron that does not cause any unwanted side effects and raises ferritin levels within 2 months. For years, I have been taking it preventively for a few days a month (or less) and blood tests are always normal.
I bought it because I read that it has no gastrointestinal side effects and I liked the idea of the new sucrosomal technology. I have tried countless iron supplements in my life. It definitely doesn't have gastro side effects (nausea, cramps, etc.), but I never had a problem with my stomach with any iron supplement. However, it caused me problems in my intestines, excessive gas and constipation, resulting in terrible pain. If you have a tendency towards constipation, Crohn's or IBS-C, it may not suit you. To prevent the iron from being wasted, I also take psyllium with it, a few hours after taking the iron, so that the iron doesn't bind (hopefully) to the psyllium. This combination helps quite a bit, but I still have side effects. I will not buy it again. Unfortunately, I cannot judge its effectiveness because I do not intend to take it for more than one month.

The truth is that iron pills cause 99% constipation, but I take them in combination with probiotics and I have absolutely no problem!

Excellent iron. I used it during pregnancy when the prescribed iron caused constipation. I wish they had recommended it to me from the beginning. It is expensive but worth it. Needless to say, my blood tests were perfect with it.
I bought it very hesitantly the first time as I have IBS and all the iron supplements I have tried have aggravated my problem and caused me suffering. It is the only iron supplement that has not caused me any issues for the past month.
I bought this specific product because I read very good reviews about it, claiming that it stops iron intake for 50 days. As a result, my hematocrit, hemoglobin, and ferritin levels decreased. Additionally, there were dermatological side effects. I am very disappointed.

One of the best iron supplements on the market. No gastrointestinal side effects. It works even when taken in the afternoon after a meal. I used to take the package with 20 tablets before. I noticed that although my serum iron levels were increasing, my body's iron stores (ferritin) were not filling up. After speaking with the company, they advised me to change the time I took the supplement from morning to afternoon. It turned out that my fiber-rich breakfast was hindering absorption. In the next blood test, my ferritin levels started to rise satisfactorily. I highly recommend it.
It still has the difficulties of taking iron orally (swallowing difficulties, stool discoloration), but ultimately it is very effective!

I did not experience any gastrointestinal problems, but it does not have quick results. After four months of using one capsule per day, my Ferritin went from 10 to 14. In other words, it is an expensive product that I will not use again.
