  Completely new to the subject, I bought it for testing purposes in this specific scope but also for grilling on an open stove after watching videos about South American cuisine... The initial results exceed my expectations in three different doughs and in finely chopped vegetables... The fact that it is only 1000 watts prevents possible burning... and as for cleaning, a slightly damp cloth and it's like new... Tomorrow, I will test it with whole wheat tortillas... Good cooking!

  I have an obsession with crepes, so I couldn't resist. Perfect solution for homemade crepes. The intensity increases proportionally, so after a few tries, you find the result you want. The heat distribution is decent for a 20 euro crepe maker. Of course, it doesn't have the diameter to make restaurant-style crepes, so folding becomes a bit of a hassle, but again... 20 euros.
