I have been buying this product for 3 years now and I wouldn't change it for anything because apart from the fact that after a period of time you realize, you feel the difference in your body, but you also see it in the blood tests, so there you say that the product actually works, so you don't change it for anything and just to be clear, I am speaking personally for myself and how it works for me because it may not do anything for some people and I don't want to take anyone's word for it.
I did not expect to see such a big difference in my blood tests. I have been using it since December 28, 2023 and my cholesterol has dropped from 220 to 185. It is truly an exceptional product. I will definitely buy it again and again!
Probably the supplement in the bottle has better results than the capsules, at least for me.

Out of the hundreds of supplements one can take, fish oil is in my top 5 of the most important, perhaps second only to vitamin D.
I have tried both capsules and Moller's bottle, with the latter being my preference if I can find it at a good price and potency, I switch to capsules and other brands.
The benefits are numerous and definitely go beyond cholesterol and triglycerides, but we won't discuss them here. Many people seek "mental stimulation," clarity, and related effects in various formulations with exotic herbs, adaptogens, and vitamins. It is much more certain that they will find it in humble fish oil - DHA, one of the two omega-3 fatty acids, is a balm for our brain.
The general idea with omega-3 is that the more of our body's cellular fat content consists of omega-3 polyunsaturated fats (as opposed to, let's say, "bad" saturated fats), the more capable they are of deactivating various inflammatory processes. Of course, this process does not happen overnight - that's why the benefits build up over weeks and months.
(Extra virgin olive oil is part of the same process - mainly containing omega-9 monounsaturated fats - as well as all the other healthy foods we know, nuts, avocado. We help build this resilient profile.)
Here we have omega-3 with a content of approximately 150mg EPA and 125mg DHA per capsule, a small-medium-common dosage for fish oils. That's why our company recommends taking 2 capsules per day. And taking four won't harm you, it's equivalent to a serving of fish, let's say, roughly as much omega-3 as 3-4 capsules. This is just to give you an idea of the quantities, but if you are taking any anticoagulant or other medication, consult your doctor.
It is a blend of fish oil and cod liver oil, so it also contains some amounts of vitamin A and D. This doesn't concern us. Vitamin D3 is very important and it's good to supplement it on its own in higher doses. The cod liver oil gives us a small amount.
Furthermore, Mollers is one of the very good brands and due to its Scandinavian origin, we have (theoretically) more assurances that it is controlled and free from heavy metals.
Capsules or bottle? I prefer the bottle for its higher DHA content it provides. There, 5ml (a teaspoon) gives us 370mg EPA and 560mg DHA, although personally, I take a tablespoon (with breaks for a few months). The bottle is good, but as soon as you open it, it starts to oxidize, and this happens every time you open it. That's why it needs to be consumed within a month, so if you plan to forget it in the fridge, leave it. With capsules, you don't have this issue.
It is a good source of vitamins but BEWARE.... If someone is going to have surgery, they should stop using it for at least a week before. I had bleeding during my diaphragm surgery because one of the properties of this particular product is its anticoagulant action!
The reason I bought this specific supplement is because I wanted, on the one hand, to get the necessary Omega-3 fatty acids and, on the other hand, to have a natural and animal source of Vitamin A without the risk of excessive intake, which can have negative consequences. I have been taking the supplement for a little over half a month and the reason I am commenting is because I really didn't expect it to have the amazing effect I saw on my skin. It may also be due to the much better sleep I have been getting lately, but my skin is refreshed and healthy after 3 weeks, more "plump," with significantly reduced fine lines. This is not at all surprising, considering that sea buckthorn oil is an excellent source of Vitamins A and E, which, when they work together, produce the maximum anti-aging results. I believe that this product belongs among the supplements that someone should buy for life, along with a collagen supplement. It doesn't have a smell when consumed, but you realize after some time that you have taken sea buckthorn oil, although it is not something very intense or bothersome.
*Update* Having finished the entire box of 150 in about 2.5 months, I observe exactly what I wrote above: My skin responded very well to the treatment and it is simply better, I don't know how else to say it. Additionally, due to the fact that since the first lockdown I walk almost daily for several kilometers (around 7-8) in combination with daily and intense exercise, my right foot often used to crack at the ankle when going down the stairs. This has now been reduced to a minimum. I REPEAT that I do not know if all these positive changes are solely due to sea buckthorn oil or also to other changes in diet or possibly to the long-term use of collagen (around 15 months).
The advertisement probably does a better job. It doesn't really have anything amazing to offer. It's better to eat properly.
I am sharing an experience that included a surgery because no one ever told me to take these vitamins... During the winter, I started experiencing blurry vision in my left eye, but I didn't pay much attention to it. I turned to my wife and asked her if these things could be true, and I placed an order. I started taking a pill every morning after breakfast. Within 20 days, I noticed that my vision in my right eye was very clear, but the blurriness in my left eye continued. After investigating further, I discovered that I had a juvenile cataract and I should have started taking the fish oil earlier. So, I began searching for a surgeon to perform the surgery, but I continued taking the vitamins regularly. I had the surgery on May 2nd, and on May 10th, the doctor examined me and was amazed by the improvement in both my right eye and the operated eye. My right eye had a vision of 15 out of 10, and the operated eye had a vision of 12 out of 10. The doctor was shocked by the progress in the operated eye within just ten days. As for the other benefits regarding cholesterol and memory, it truly does an incredible job, as I witnessed in my recent exams and in my work. I highly recommend it without hesitation.
Too much advertising, while there are better options. They have also reduced the size of the capsule. I will not buy it again because with this move, they do not respect the buyers. I had given it 2 stars in the evaluation. I am giving 1 star now because I cannot give zero.

It is the well-known olive oil that I have been drinking for years. This particular small packaging served me once when I needed it but I was facing financial difficulties.

I take two capsules per day. This particular product doesn't leave you with any smell or taste of fish (otherwise I wouldn't take it because I hate fish). I did see improvement in both energy and concentration almost immediately after starting it. I believe it is one of the supplements that every person should take daily.

I started it after a significant and sudden weight loss, and it increased my appetite and made me feel healthier. I am 56 years old, I started taking 2 capsules a day mainly to see my blood pressure which was not dropping below 14... in about 2 weeks, it was at 12.7 with 75! What else can I ask for? Oh, no... in 4 weeks my presbyopia glasses became blurry... I realized after 48 hours that I could read without glasses!!!
