It is definitely a very good choice among similar commercial products, although you cannot make your own insoles. Definitely much better than the corresponding regular everyday insoles from Scholl...
The worst thing I have ever tried. I had read other negative comments about the plastic in the sole and I thought they were just being exaggerated. I run 5-10 km daily and I decided to upgrade my shoes a bit more, but from the first day I realized that they are definitely not suitable for running. They are extremely uncomfortable for my feet. I tried them in non-athletic shoes for everyday use. I do not recommend them.
I have had them for three years and due to wear and tear, I have replaced them now... I have run hundreds of kilometers with them and have also walked hundreds of kilometers, and I really don't know where everyone else found these problems they mentioned... Obviously, it takes time for the foot and shoe sole to adjust. Excellent product though, I had no issues with the seams, the sole didn't break, nothing. I had put them in a shoe with a sole and its own memory foam insole, and the combination was "amazing". Buy them!
In the first 2 days of use, after running 5 km, my heels were hurting. I had never felt such pain in my heels in my entire life, and it should be noted that I have been working as a waiter for 10 years. I don't know if they are suitable for work, but they definitely are not suitable for running!
As I bought them, I took them off. I got them for long hours of standing and running at work. But that's not all they did, after a few hours my waist and legs were hurting even worse. As soon as I put the factory insoles of the shoes, the pain immediately went away.
1) Thick sole. You need to have two sizes larger shoes.
2) Sweats a lot. Ventilation is almost non-existent.
Result: I walk almost ten kilometers. After the halfway point, my feet start to burn and I get blisters. The shoe shrinks, my foot and toes are cramped, and there is also a lot of moisture. = In the trash.
Plastic in the arch is a very important thing. I have already bought 3 pairs and will continue. Attention, change every 9 months maximum. Wear them confidently and save yourself. Don't listen to talk about hard plastic arches. Gel on the heel, front, and perfect curve support in the arch. I put them in expensive ASICS shoes and they become excellent. Even in Adidas boots. During long hours of standing and running. If they cover me, imagine how they will work for you.
The heel is somewhat soft at the back, but the supports that fill the curves of the foot are plastic!! They hurt the feet within a few minutes! I do not recommend it at all.
