Its effectiveness has to do with a) the size and b) the type of problem in the nose. For me, the medium size fit perfectly and it was effective because the problem in my nose does not involve a blocked septum but rather the soft tissues that block the airflow during intense inhalation. This gadget keeps the nostrils open and no matter how forcefully I inhale, they do not close. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because sometimes it comes off during sleep.

The first two times it reduces the intensity by half. However, afterwards, the body seems to get used to it and the intensity of snoring returns to normal levels.

I have been using it for 2 months now. The positives are that once you wear it, it doesn't bother you, it is made of good material.
The negatives are that sometimes it comes off during sleep and you have to search for it in the morning.

Excellent product that helped me breathe by opening my nostrils. I no longer use decongestant nasal sprays that create dependency and dryness. The issue is to match the anatomy of the inner nose, so a sizing test must be done. In my case, the medium size fit perfectly and it doesn't come off during sleep or exercise.

I have a problem with both my sinuses and my diaphragm. The Airmax helps me a lot both when I sleep and when I exercise. It is stable, doesn't bother me much, doesn't come out of its position, and hasn't lost its shape with use. It is a very good product.

Soft material that doesn't bother on the inside like other "hard" plastic. Very good (without having tested it in high "breathability" requirements) in providing good inhalation flow during sports activities. Not suitable for sleeping (at least for me, who sleeps on my stomach) hence the 3 stars. It comes off relatively easily and I "lose" it.

It does the job but it's a bit annoying if you wear it all night. Maybe the size makes a difference, I don't know
