Instructions for use

Initial use: press the pump 3 times to release the liquid.

  • Shake well before each use. 
  • Spray carefully into your mouth, ideally on the inside of your cheek, and hold it for a few seconds.
  • Replace the cap after use.

Dosage

  • Use 4 sprays per day (or as directed by your doctor).

It does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day, and can be combined with other oral sprays.

Storage

  • Once opened, use within 6 months.
  • Store at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.
  • Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Warnings

  • Do not exceed the recommended dosage - excessive consumption may cause laxative effects.
  • Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
