It does the job. Indeed, after spraying it, you fall asleep. I had tried other products with melatonin. This one is the best. I don't know how or why, maybe it's the spot it's sprayed under the tongue?... Probably. Anyway, it works. Personally, I definitely sleep for 6 to 7 hours.

I bought it from a pharmacy a month ago for 17 euros. I used it yesterday for the third time with no results. But if you look a little into the ingredients it contains (sweeteners - preservatives), they have incredible side effects such as bloating, abdominal cramps, and diarrhea.
