I have bought several at these prices and after a while they started having issues with the frame. These ones came out perfect and durable or I happened to get a good batch. Very nice and at an affordable price!
As several have previously mentioned, the problem with this product is the clip that holds the panel. My screen has zero bezel. I tried the method of removing the spring, which is very clever, but it still leaves a white shadow from the pressure. You don't mess around with something like this if you have an expensive screen. In the end, I placed a very strong double-sided tape on the base/counterweight that holds the screen, using the HPX tape (with the red film) that I always use, after carefully measuring to center the bar, because it doesn't come off easily afterwards. I pressed it for a few seconds and it stuck as if it became one body. I check every day to see if it moves to avoid accidents... it's stuck perfectly. Again, this double-sided tape didn't let me down. It has become one body and I can easily rotate the lamp without any issues. The product is nice, but you go through these processes when you have a screen with zero bezels. Otherwise, it's flawless. Also, check out the other Baseus model (fighting) if the clip attaches to the screen. 3 stars for all this hassle. They should find another way of support.
I have over 8 meters of this product in 4 rooms.
It is the best in its price range, except for 4 observations that prevent it from deserving 5 stars.
1. Some strips cannot connect to WiFi (2.4GHz) after a while and remain in Bluetooth mode. This may be due to the software.
2. Some batches do not connect to WiFi at all.
3. The adhesive could be better. Its durability over time is not great with temperature fluctuations, especially if it is stuck to a wall. Personally, I always use my own double-sided tape to be safe.
4. It would be nice to have a white option, considering that you are a supposedly reputable company with a wide range of products.
Positive points:
1. Material quality and packaging are better compared to others in the same price range.
2. The app is easy to use and feature-rich, although it may seem overwhelming for beginners at first. Just follow the step-by-step instructions, especially for connecting to WiFi, as long as there are no batch issues.
3. The lighting is moderately discreet.
If you want peace of mind, buy Govee by reaching deep into your pocket.
There is a video on Skroutz from me showing how I have decorated one of the 4 gaming rooms.
The sound is enhanced with Sony's app. The "filtering" and settings are commendable but they reduce their intensity more when connected to a smartphone, if someone wants to listen extremely loud. Clearly, they have no problem when connected to a computer. Their connection, either with a simple BT connection or with Sony's app, is very easy. The Noise Cancellation is quite satisfactory. The pads are of very good quality and overall the product. The bass is satisfactory. They are very lightweight made from 100% recyclable materials. I have reached 24 meters with them! connection to a computer with a very powerful BT deck v5.3 without any interruptions and with obstacles like walls/doors. I haven't tried to go further. They could have added an LED to indicate if the ANC is active and removed some minutes in operation time, like the JBL in this price range. Sony's app on a smartphone is simply "FLAWLESS". It covers you 100% - something rare in apps. The service is also a major point of these headphones, definitely an important factor! Somewhere I read in a comment or in a review on YouTube that they do not turn off by themselves when not in use. This is not true. There is an option in the app where you can set when they will turn off after 15 minutes - 30 minutes - 1 hour - 3 hours. Negatives: Not as loud in intensity. Poor microphone for their price (16000Hz - 16 bit). They could have added an LED for the Noise Cancellation when it is active. Also, what I didn't like, although I would never use it, was the charging cable. It is 5-6cm like those given by some Chinese cameras for 5€. Shame... at over 80€ they should have had a 1m cable. Also, a fabric case would not have been a cost, so they could come more decently. The headphones need a little breaking in for 1-2 days. Be patient and set them to 75% of their intensity and not more, then you will see a big difference. If you want quality BT headphones up to 90€, get them and you won't regret it. I have over 6 pairs of wireless and over 18 gaming and studio headsets (due to work) and I can evaluate if something is worth it or not... the 720N are indeed a good proposal for listening to music. If you can give an extra 50€, look at the Sony WH-XB910N. Stronger bass performance, "BETTER MIC". Tips: Disable ambient sound if you don't need it (battery saving and a bit unnecessary). Adjust the EQ manually as you like it or at least do a manual re-analyze from the app's options. The ready presets are not worth it. Also, activate DSEE. When I find time, I will upload a video/presentation on Skroutz and YouTube. "Stay connected". My EQ Preset @400 = +9 @1k = +5 @2.5k = +3 @6.3k = +4 @16k = +8 @Clear Bass: +6 @Ambient Mode: OFF @DSEE: On @ANC: On Bass performance/quality Atmos check from me youtu.be/DQnfLUmxD4M?si=YNDbHh8DaGMWhsuu Finally, if you are looking for truly wireless headphones regardless of price, I will tell you the TOP3 that have passed through my hands: NO1. Bose QuietComfort Ultra NO2. Sony WH-1000XM4 NO3. Anker SoundCore Space Q45
Could the assembly be made easier? As for mounting on the wall, it has a peculiarity in placement. Essentially, because you can't see where you're going to make a hole in your wall, it provides adhesive stickers for you to open the holes with a drill and of course, it hangs without screwing the screw all the way. I would prefer it to have a back so that I can easily mark the holes for the black decker. It was made this way in order to be able to lift a lot of weight. The screws are 8s and the shelves are quite heavy. Personally, I regretted wanting 3 modern shelves for the hassle in assembly. 1 star and on the edge. I'm not going to put them up!
Worst camera, not even 480p. It is not small in size, so we are not talking about a hidden camera. Battery life is 1 hour. We are not talking about a security camera but a 1-hour recording camera. The app is okay and connects incredibly easily to the device. A camera that could be sold at flea markets. It costs 5€ in a Chinese store. I bought exactly 5 pieces and threw them in the trash. Money wasted even on the 5€ each one costs. Are you not ashamed to sell it for 35€?
Could the assembly be made easier. Otherwise, it's fine!
I had the main CPU for 2 years in my own build and it ran all programs without any problems. It struggles a bit with heavy video editing programs, but manages to get through in the end. It's OK for multitasking!
As for games, it was and remains the ultimate AMD choice. It can easily handle a build with even a 3070 TI without significant bottleneck. I installed it in my son's PC, paired with a Gigabyte B550M DS3H and an RTX 2060 Super, exclusively for gaming with a 750W power supply. It performs excellently at 1080p.
As for temperatures, it has a low TDP, so it doesn't reach crazy temperatures - just make sure to buy an aftermarket high-quality cooler "definitely". I uploaded a photo regarding PBO because many people ask whether they should enable it from the BIOS or keep it disabled. I have done several measurements with PBO enabled - disabled - auto (default disabled). If your case has good airflow, always combined with a good AIO liquid cooler like an Arctic Freezer II or a good air cooler, the temperature difference is +14C with PBO enabled, reaching up to 83C in heavy load (stress test), which is perfectly normal for AMD.
With PBO disabled or set to default, it reaches a maximum of 75C and in games, a maximum of 68C.
The difference in games is between 3 to 8 FPS with PBO enabled. So, it is preferable to keep PBO disabled. Under no circumstances should you consider keeping the stock cooler, unless you only do office work. If you don't want to upgrade to another generation, choose this one without hesitation. If you have an additional 30€, go for the newer 5700X, mainly for better multitasking performance and a +5% improvement in gaming! If you want the ultimate gaming setup, the only solution is the 5800X3D.
4.5/5, of course!
Sturdy base - the package contains everything, even an Allen wrench and a screwdriver. It is of excellent quality considering its price and it is a well-known brand, as LogiLink has been producing many nice products for years, always focusing on quality in their affordable items. It does not have height adjustment, only a fixed height that you can calculate with a screw. It rotates very easily both forwards and backwards and horizontally with great ease. The installation is easy and the space it provides to hide two cables (power and GPU cable) with a quality plastic cover is very practical. It is definitely worth buying for its price. It can hold a real load of 9,350kg. I have it with a 34' UltraWide monitor (7,100kg) and it saved me a lot of space since the monitor stand was not attractive and took up a lot of space. It is much nicer to have a wall-mounted stand compared to desktop ones, in my personal opinion. I don't give it 5 stars because of the lack of height adjustment!
