I think it's the best non-GoPro option available right now. True 4k, very good video quality, moderate stabilization, good battery. It shoots up to 4k 60fps without stabilization and up to 4k 30fps with stabilization. I use it almost exclusively for diving, it has never gotten wet, don't expect much for dark night shots and photos.

Edit: The "waterproof" case got water in it and now I have to send it back to the store. They in Germany will probably say: "misuse, didn't close the case properly, we don't cover it." As if there's a possibility for such a case not to close properly.

It's my fault for not getting a GoPro right away. My stinginess got the best of me and now I'm on vacation without a camera.

Edit 2: The camera was replaced one month after sending it back to Germany with a new one. It worked fine until September 2022 when it suddenly bricked and doesn't turn on anymore. I sent them many emails, they sent me back some vague instructions (specifically for this known issue) and some missing files to restore it, and then they stopped responding. The solution? What I should have done from the beginning. I spent 460 euros and got a GoPro 9 + 256GB SD card and now I can finally relax.

I bought it in May 2020, from a second-hand store for 140€.

Overall, it is very good. Personally, I use it daily as I attach it to my motorcycle helmet. I shoot in 4k 60fps and I can say that the result is quite satisfactory. At night, with city lights, the image is decent, but if you go on a dark country road, it won't capture much.

The sound is average and with the case on the camera, it muffles quite a bit, but anyone who wants something better will have to get an additional microphone even if they have purchased a GoPro. So, everything is fine.

It is of good quality construction and easy to use.

The battery life in 4k 60fps is about 50 minutes, which is the same as a 64GB micro SD card can hold. So, buy a couple of extra batteries and cards to have them...

If you shoot in 1080 60fps, then 3.8GB (which is a part of a video) corresponds to 21 minutes of recording.

It has never frozen on me, even in the middle of a summer day with 40 degrees Celsius and inside its case.

However, it has a small flaw... for some reason, it loses the date and time. It's not a big deal, but given that the file naming is based on the date and time, it bothers me a little... but not enough to blame it... it's just the reason why it lost one star from me.

In conclusion, with 140€ and true 4k... it is worth its money and more... for something better, I believe you would have to pay twice as much...
