Think of it as a waterproof jacket, not a coat. In terms of fit, it is very good (I wear a medium, 1.78 m and 75 kg) and it is very comfortable even with two long-sleeved shirts underneath. The pockets are comfortable, and the hood and waist have elastic bands to tighten them as you like. It withstands rain very comfortably and the quality is very good. I haven't experienced much cold to have a full opinion on this matter, but it doesn't seem to protect well in very low temperatures. Personally, I consider it a very good choice for mild cold weather, so go for it.
