The headphones are amazing and have possibly the best microphone on the market.
After 20 months of daily use, mine burned out. I will try to use the warranty, but I will probably end up buying the same ones again.
I consider it a random occurrence and not something that should deter anyone from buying them.
The headphones are amazing. The sound quality is exceptional and the sxfi modes are very useful for casual conversation, music, or gaming. I mainly use them on my computer with their software, which is easy to install and use. I have had them for a few months now with a lot of gaming use, and the ear cushions show no signs of wear.
The headphones were purchased in 11/2022, which means eight months ago. They have been used minimally and presented a defect in the base of the ear cushions. Such damage should not occur after only 20 hours of use!! When I contacted the company, they told me that this kind of defect is not covered and that I can buy a new set of replacement ear cushions. It's just ridiculous.
I consider it possibly the best choice in this price range. But the sound quality is also for much more expensive headphones on the market. It is not a coincidence that it has won several awards for many years.
The SXFI is simply perfect, as soon as I put it on it felt strange but now I can't live without it... it really brings the sound to life (like being at a concert).
To set up your profile, it takes a photo of your face and ears. Personally, I did it myself in 5 minutes (I had to take several photos of my ears for it to accept them).
The app is average because every time you have to download your profile and sometimes it throws an error and you have to download it again. The RGB, although I don't like them (there is an option to disable them), are generally impressive.
The only game I play is PUBG and the sound is simply crystal clear!
The microphone is excellent, you sound very clear... everyone I spoke to was impressed by how clear I sound! (I read in the comments that some people hear their own voice when they speak, but I don't hear it so I assume it's a settings issue).
For their price, it's simply a steal, the headset is a delight for the ears... I highly recommend it.
For my own data, I will not rate the construction quality but only the audio experience and comfort.
For 50mm headphones, they are not as comfortable on the ears, they have bulky cushions which makes them uncomfortable on the ears (at least for me).
The sound is quite loud and starts from a low volume, to the point where it is annoying. I would like it to be more balanced in terms of volume scale.
By default, they do not have enough bass, you will need to adjust it from the EQ.
It has two options, either with type-c (it also provides an adapter) type-c to USB or with a 3.5mm jack.
What I liked is that even if you turn off the PC, the headphones continue to light up, there is also a button if you want to turn off the lighting.
Perfect but I have 2 problems, one of them is mentioned in all the reviews and I accepted it from the moment I bought it, and that is that you can hear your voice when you speak and it doesn't close! The second problem that I haven't seen anywhere is that it doesn't have a good cushion on top that supports your head, so after a while it hurts.
Edit: After 2 months of use, the leather on the cushion that supports your head started to come off and the adapter from type-C to USB that came with the box started to malfunction, meaning it doesn't connect well, so I had to plug it into a type-C port. If you don't have a type-C, you will struggle a lot with these headphones. Nevertheless, I still recommend it for its amazing sound quality.
I don't have much to say, previous buyers have said it all! I will say that I had a razer tournament and they don't compare to these! I've had them for a week and I can't have them on for more than 20%, they are too loud... I will only come back if I see something negative... be careful with the detachable microphone, it goes in a specific way, it doesn't need force at the beginning, I didn't know that and I was pushing to make it fit... I mainly use it for gaming but it's also great for listening to music and watching movies!!!
I have bought them about 3 months ago. I am quite satisfied. The connection with micro USB is much better than connecting it with the 3.1 mm cable as it gives 100% of its capabilities. Perfect sound even if you turn it up to the maximum (although I don't think your ears can handle it at maximum volume for more than 10 minutes). At this price, I consider it value for money. I don't think there is anything better. The only small problem I have is that the faux leather on the inside of the headband started to peel off, but it doesn't bother me that much. I highly recommend it!!
After 6 months without much use, I have an issue with the sponges. They have peeled off. Unacceptable for the money and the use I have made of them
First impressions:
Initially, the packaging is very good and you understand that it is a premium product. Their construction is very good and it is particularly pleasant that they have braided cables with plenty of length and a type C adapter to a regular USB.
Their software is easy and functional. After the easy installation of the headphones, it showed an error when I tried to update the firmware of the headphones. From what I saw on the internet, others have also encountered this issue, but by simply doing a factory reset through the application and repeating the process, they get the latest version without any issues. It has 3 modes (stereo, 5.1, 7.1) and also the SXFI 3 modes (off, on, battle mode).
Now, regarding the sound, I find it modern, bass-heavy with depth, nice highs especially if you increase them a bit from the equalizer. If they lack anything, it's in the midrange. For listening to music, especially modern music, they are excellent. For rock music and strings, I wouldn't recommend them as there are much better options available. In gaming, they perform exceptionally well, especially considering their cost. I have the volume set at 20% to 30% and they cover me perfectly, so they have a lot of power for those who are interested in that.
They are incredibly comfortable even after hours of use, no issues in this aspect. Their lighting is impressive without being bothersome. The microphone is excellent for the listeners who hear you.
In my opinion, it is a value for money product and deserves your attention.

Well, we have and we say the headphones are amazing, comfort quality of construction tremendous, the rgb simple and minimal, and now let's get to the heart of the matter. I have tried over 50 headphones (studio, gaming), literally the headphones are crystal clear sound with very strong bass very good midrange comfortably compete with professional headphones 200-300 euros on a sound card, I think that the price around 50-60 euros is a steal for such sound quality, the sxfi is tremendous very sophisticated work by creative and finally they made the drivers and a nice simple software because it's a shame from such a company years in the industry tremendous product.
Excellent sound especially if you download the sxfi! Soft headphones that don't tire and a microphone in the right place. They replaced Razer, which after 6 months the microphone hung and luckily! The lighting is also excellent, without exaggeration!
Terrific headphones for their price. Very convenient, good microphone and well-designed application that allows you to change the colors on the headphones but also change the bass and treble. At first, it's a bit tricky until you connect them to the application. They are worth their money.
I have not regretted a second of this purchase !!! The best Headset I have used in all the years I have been in the Video Games industry. Incredible work from Creative !!! The Battle Mode gives you an incredible advantage and they don't tire at all.

Absolute VFM, their sound is perfect, especially if you play with the settings. The SXFI is now integrated and works wonders. I simply listen to songs or podcasts and feel like I'm in a good studio. Excellent performance also on PS4. The ear cushions embrace the ear and don't easily tire if you use them regularly. Bonus for the microphone, which is really good, I use it for professional use as well, and the RGB lights give a different tone.
Very good Headset especially for the 50€ I bought them! They are worth the money and more! The discomfort also has to do with each person's head, if someone has a big head they might feel a little pressure on their ears, but for me it's normal! I would easily buy them again, especially for the 50€ they are almost free for what they offer you!
Very good headphones, the only negative is the cable which moves excessively, resulting in unclear sound during calls on Discord, etc., and causing interference with the microphone. Additionally, if you accidentally move the cable while gaming, the sound freezes and there is a drop in FPS. This problem was solved by purchasing a new Baseus Braided USB 2.0 Cable USB-C male - USB-C male Black 2m (CATWJ-A01)

Purchased for 50€. Very good sound, good bass that is enhanced with the settings. The sxfi is interesting. The only negative is the weight and the not so reinforced headband. I ordered reinforcement and I hope it helps because they are not meant to be worn for a long time.

Holder of the speeding Medusa 5.1, asus strix 7.1, and razer tiamlt 7.1, I can say that their only advantage is their weight and their fairly strong intensity. The process with sxfi is difficult (requires a second person) and essentially does not offer anything. The application does not retain the settings after the computer is turned off and often disconnects during use. If you are looking for something for peripheral sound, look elsewhere. They are good but expensive for simple use.
The only complaint I can say I have so far is the small USB type-C cable they have. Personally, I needed an extra extension cable to be able to use them comfortably without having the cable in my way

Sound, bass great. With the microphone, I haven't heard any complaints from speakers. The fact that you can hear yourself when the microphone is on doesn't bother me at all, it's very discreet. Construction and RGB are very good and the settings through the application are quite satisfactory, as well as its comfort. One complaint that might occasionally bother me is that the type c sometimes comes off if you forget it. At such a price, I would like to see Bluetooth with the option to use a cable.

Very good quality of materials. I got them for both gaming and music. Don't rush to judge the sxfi negatively. It needs work with the equalizer. I have created profiles according to the genre of music, even according to the intensity at the moment I'm listening (low, med, high). In terms of sound quality after the settings, they are probably the best headphones at this price. The app on the PC could have been better, but it does its job. As for gaming, you can hear even the slightest detail and direction. VFM, premium sound, excellent choice.
I have had the headphones for 3 months now and I can say that they are quite good. In games like Call of Duty Warzone, Apex Legends, and Valorant, they have good directionality in terms of understanding where footsteps are coming from. For music, with a few adjustments to the equalizer, they sound quite good with satisfactory bass. The build quality is very good and the cushions are comfortable. The only negatives I can say are the length of the cable, which is half a meter (it is type-c but it also comes with a type-a adapter), and the software from Creative had some issues with activating surround 7.1 in some games. Overall, they are worth their money and I believe whoever buys them will enjoy them.
